Warranty & Care

What's Covered

We warranty our workmanship for 1 year from the delivery date. This covers:

• Carbon fiber delamination or finish defects not caused by impact or misuse
• Stitching that comes loose or fails under normal use
• LED or electronic components that fail under normal use (on wheels with LED options)
• Paddle shifters or hardware that loosens or fails under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scuffing) over time
• Damage from accidents, impact, improper installation, or modification after delivery
• Water or moisture damage to electronic components from use outside normal conditions
• Issues caused by a third party performing work on the wheel after it was delivered

Caring For Your Wheel

Carbon fiber & painted finishes: clean with a soft microfiber cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid solvents, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasive pads, which can dull the clear coat over time.

Leather & Alcantara/suede upholstery: wipe down with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid saturating suede/Alcantara with liquid cleaners; spot-clean only and let air dry.

LED & electronics: avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. If you notice any flickering or malfunction, discontinue use of that feature and contact us.

Filing a Warranty Claim

Email us at monacowheels@gmail.com with your order details and photos or video showing the issue. We'll review and follow up with next steps, which may include repair, replacement of the affected component, or another resolution at our discretion.
