Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what information Monaco Steering Wheels LLC (“Monaco,” “we”) collects when you use this website or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order information: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the wheel spec you chose, collected at checkout.
• Vehicle information and photos: your vehicle's year, make and model and photos of your current steering wheel that you send us so we can confirm fitment.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form or by email.
• Device and usage information: basic information such as your browser, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies. A small amount of data (such as your selected vehicle) is stored in your own browser to make the site easier to use.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm fitment, build and ship your wheel, take payment, answer your questions, provide warranty support, keep the site working and secure, and meet legal and tax requirements. With your permission we may also email you about your order or our products; you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Shopify (our online store and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, and the manufacturing partners who build your wheel, and only as needed to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work properly.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing monacowheels@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
