1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Monaco Steering Wheels website and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Custom, Made-to-Order Products

Every product we sell is custom-built to the specification you select. Because of this, orders cannot be treated the same as off-the-shelf retail goods — see our Shipping & Returns policy for cancellation and return terms specific to custom orders.

3. Orders & Fitment Confirmation

When you build a wheel on our site and pay at checkout, you are placing an order for a custom wheel at the price shown. Before we build, we confirm exact fitment for your vehicle's year, make, and model, and we require a photo of your current steering wheel (front and back). Listings and model categories on this site are a guide, not a fitment guarantee. If we cannot confirm that the wheel will fit as specified, we will contact you to adjust the order or, if you prefer, refund it.

4. Pricing & Payment

The price shown in the builder is the price you pay for the options you selected, in US dollars, plus any shipping and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify; we do not store your card details. Your OEM airbag, buttons, and paddle-shift electronics transfer over from your original wheel and are not included in the price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, in which case you may confirm the corrected price or receive a full refund.

5. Production & Lead Times

Estimated build times (currently 2–3 weeks) are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on order volume and option availability.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, and areas we currently serve are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Warranty

Our workmanship warranty is described in our Warranty & Care policy. We do not offer any warranty beyond what is stated there.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, text, and design — is the property of Monaco Steering Wheels LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monaco Steering Wheels LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
